Return and exchange


The customer has the right to return or exchange within the following seven days from the date of receiving the product, as long as the product has not been used or benefit from it has not been obtained, and the costs involved are also borne by the consumer.


The customer also has the right to request compensation or replacement in the event that the product arrives damaged or damaged as a result of the delivery process or in the event of the arrival of a wrong product, provided that the objection is within the first 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

After verifying that the products have arrived in good condition, the product will be replaced or the amount will be returned to your account within a maximum period of 14 days


Terms of cancellation

For online paid orders: In the event that a cancellation is requested after shipping the order, the amount paid will be refunded within 1-7 working days after the shipment is returned to our warehouse.
